Billie joins me today to chat about her fantastic new book, Why Are You So Sensitive? Navigating Everyday, Unintended Microaggressions. We discuss what microaggressions are and Billie shares how they impacted her experience in the reality tv world. We also admit to making them ourselves, because they happen, and how we can all do better to take accountability and call ourselves and others in.
