The Women's Six Nations: Players special

With round one of the 2025 Women's Six Nations about to start we check in with the players from England, France, Ireland, Scotland and Wales to see how preparations have gone.

Sara Orchard and 2014 Rugby World Cup winner Kat Merchant are at the tournament launch to find out how strong the players are, as they discuss their weights sessions and who prefers arms or legs in the gym.

There is also a round of 'rate it or hate it' to see which players know their Welsh cakes from their Irish stout. Zoe Aldcroft, Helen Nelson, Hannah Jones, Neve Jones and Manae Feleu are all in the hot seat. Jones also gives us the view from the Welsh camp after a difficult year for her side that sees new head coach Sean Lynn arrive in a Rugby World Cup year.
