A George Soros-backed campaign to stop Britain to leave the European Union will succeed because Brexiteers are “dying off”, its chairman said. Lord Malloch-Brown, a former Government minister, said a “reasonable outcome” of Mr Soros's Best for Britain campaign would be Theresa May resigning as Prime Minister. In an interview with Chopper’s Brexit Podcast, on the Telegraph’s website today, Lord Malloch-Brown said he had a 40 per cent change of stopping Brexit. The Best for Britain campaign has so far raised £2million – including £500,000 from Mr Soros, a billionaire financier – which it will use to support local anti-EU groups.
