Simon Hooper, or Father of Daughters (FOD), is exactly that, a father of four daughters, but he’s also a hugely successful instadad pioneer, an author of brand new book “Forever Outnumbered” and still keeps his initial career going. Anna invited him for a chat to find out how he manages it all.  

Simon and Anna chat about the beginnings of Father of Daughters, what the transition from man to father is like at 23, the key to a lasting relationship with four kids, the importance of talking about men’s mental health and the shock of twins.
