#12: Keeping Kids Safe Outdoors

So many outdoor accidents are preventable through teaching kids proper rules of bike riding, wearing properly fitted helmets and practicing very important rules around pool and water safety. 55% of kids do not wear helmets regularly and those that do, most are not fitted properly. A child drown every 3 minutes. Following some simple safety guidelines can prevent these heartbreaking accidents.
