Suicide Awareness | Is Social Media Killing Us?

Rambling in this episode, but I go into raising awareness of suicide and could social media be killing us? The biggest killer of males under 50 in the U.K at the moment is suicide, how can we prevent this? Talk. Seems simple doesn't it. But more needs to be done in order to raise awareness. I also go over some questions regarding deloads, steroids and hair loss and my next blast. Enjoy people, one love
