Greg Berlanti talks about directing Love, Simon, the first major studio movie to have a gay teen lead. He also talks about other teen movies with LGBTQ characters, why TV has outpaced film in terms of LGBTQ representation, and how he's "gently guiding" the CW superhero TV shows to have more queer characters.
