Despite the internal grappling she endured while building her company as a young mom, Jessica has learned in recent years to embrace the paradox of “and” instead of “either/or” when it comes to working. She also shares about an aha moment she experienced during an exchange with a stay-at-home mom in the middle of Starbucks. (Indi may or may not have cried.)
